Hatha yoga is primarily concerned with 3 main limbs of Yoga: Asanas (yoga poses) , Pranayama (yogic breathing exercises ) and Relaxation. Hatha classes are suitable for all levels.
Vinyasa flow is characterized by threading the poses together seamlessly in sync with the breath. A more dynamic practice that flows from one pose to the next. The pace of the flow will vary from one instructor to the next.
Based in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yin Yoga targets your deep connective tissue, fascia, ligaments, joints and bones. A more meditative practice where poses are held from 3 to 5 minutes. Great for flexibility and mainly floor based. By holding and deepening into the poses it allows blockages to be released and energy or Chi to flow through the meridians to the organs.
Restorative Yoga is restful practice that is all about slowing down and opening the body through passive stretching. A restful practice that holds poses for a longer duration using props for support like yoga blocks, bolsters and blankets. Suitable for all levels.
Our Yin Yang Fusion classes are a combination of 45 minutes of Hatha and 45 minutes of Yin Yoga. Suitable for all levels.
Mat pilates will train your legs, core, arms, lower and upper back muscles. This practice can be modified for any age, body, or fitness level. Great for beginners through to advanced practitioners.
Improves posture, balance, coordination and increases body awareness.
