Jolan Tassone



Jolan is a senior level registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Australia, with over 1000 hours of accredited Teacher Training. 

20 years experience in teaching meditation, running workshops and facilitating circles,  and over 15 years teaching & sharing her passion of Yoga with the greater community.

 Jolan also faciltates Yoga retreats in Australia, Bali and India.

Jolan teaches a variety of styles including:  Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Yin Yang Fusion, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Kids Yoga classes, Pregnanacy Yoga, Private one on one classes and Corporate Yoga classes. 

Jolan is a registered Yoga Teacher Trainer through Yoga Australia, offering a 350Hr Yoga Teacher Training Course.


Jolan is trained in Yoga by Swami Sarasvati, Shiva Rea and Anneriek Favelle, and has also attended workshops with Dylan Werner, Patrick Beach, Mark Whitwell, Janet Stone and kino MacGregor and Christopher Wallis.

Sarah Wiecek


 

Sarah has been teaching yoga since 2013, originally training in Ashtanga Yoga in Brussels (Belgium) with Marc Pouw, a student of Larry Schultz. Along the way she has branched out to teach Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin, in studios in Belgium and Australia. She has also completed additional training in pre and post-natal yoga, advanced asana, pranayama, meditation and creative sequencing.

"Yoga has helped me through many dark and difficult moments in my life, which I think is a testament to its capacities not only as a physical practice which brings strength to the body, but also as a spiritual practice which can bring healing to the mind. In my classes, I want to give back what I have received from yoga. I want to offer a safe space for students to explore and experience their bodies and minds without judgment or shame."

Tracey Whitting



"Yoga has been part of my life for over 20 years, with 17 of those as years teaching experience.
I first came to yoga for physical reasons, but soon felt immersed into the practice holistically. I learnt the body has all the resources it needs to be balanced and mobile, and I’m passionate to help others find fluidity in their own bodies and deeply connect to their breath and being. I believe yoga helps us find tolerance in the intolerant. The ability to remain grounded and connected in all that life presents. To always tilt toward balance and be abundant in love, laughter and being."

Michelle Cullen



Michelle has practiced Yoga for over 17 years and joins our team as a 350 hour Yoga Teacher trained in Hatha / Vinyasa and Pre & Postnatal Yoga with additional studies in Trauma aware yoga practices.  

“I believe anyone of any age, ability or background can benefit from a sustainable Yoga practice.   I love Yoga that teaches you to gently observe and meet your own needs.  By staying connected to the present through body, breath and mindful observance, we can learn to find joy and appreciation in every moment."

I am thrilled to be part of the Om Yoga family. I am excited to share, expand and deepen my yoga practice and knowledge.

Being born and raised in India, yoga practices and traditions are a natural part of my everyday life. I have been consistently practicing Hatha yoga since 2015. I have completed a Diploma in Hatha Yoga with Swami Sarasvati, a beautiful soul who first introduced Yoga to Australia.

I am looking forward to sharing my passion for yoga with all of you. Come and join me on the yoga mat at Om Yoga!"

Lauren


 

My name is Lauren, I am a qualified Group Matwork and Reformer Instructor, Mum of three little humans and own and run a local landscaping business with my husband in the Blue Mountains.

I love renovating, traveling, camping and spending time with my family and I just love Pilates!! I have been practicing Pilates for over 14 years and I want to share Pilates with everyone, because I know first hand, the incredible benefits of movement on both the body and the mind. 

I hold a Certificate IV in Pilates Matwork and Reformer, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, as well as a Diploma of Interior Design. 

I am currently undertaking further studies with the Diploma in Clinical Pilates through Breathe Education. 

I am so excited for this opportunity to work with Jolan and the Om Yoga community. I can't wait to be able to share fearless movement with you all!
